One definition of a "bibber" is someone who indulges themselves in too much of something.
For us, a "bibber" is one who indulges in great food...enjoys a well paired libation...especially a great Lodi Red...and spends time with friends and family enjoying life.
Something wonderful happens when people share a meal together. Friendships are sparked...business contacts are made and deals closed... relationships are mended and families strengthened. Life is too short to not enjoy great food and good drink with family and friends.
Someone who models this behavior is a guy named Jesus. He
spent so much time with regular, ordinary, fun-loving people, that the
"religious" people thought he was a glutton and a winebibber because he
shared great food and good drink with family and friends. Some think of us the same way...and we're OK with that.
We believe that your proof of satisfaction and having a good time will be found in the food we provide and the time spent with those around you. Besides, a nice cold libation or a glass of Lodi red never hurt.
